As much as Rita felt frustrated, she had to return to her seat. She still could not understand why Sherman suddenly extended his help. Being the straightforward type, she decided to ask him directly this time. However, learning from her lesson, she sent Sherman a message instead of calling him.

When Sherman saw this message, he thought Rita wanted to discuss the matter of the land with him. He felt annoyed; he had already explained to her that the issue had nothing to do with him. Why was Rita insisting on asking him about that?
