Staring at the familiar face in front of him, he instinctively took several steps back. “Young Lord Dragon… 

Robin chuckled coldly. “Does this face bring back some painful memories?” 

Garth nervously swallowed. “I–I don’t know Young Lord Dragon!” 

“It doesn’t matter,” Robin said as he slapped Garth on the shoulder. 

Crack! 

The force of the blow sent Garth’s knees slamming into the hard granite floor, sending shards of stone flying. 

The air was thick with dust, and streams of hot blood began to seep from the cracks in the shattered stone, slowly oozing and chilling in the eerie silence. 

What had once been a cold, indifferent granite floor now resembled a nightmarish and sinister painting, tainted with blood. 

Garth felt the agony pulse through his body, his vision spinning, nearly pushing him to the edge of unconsciousness. 

Robin calmly took out a fresh white wet wipe and began to leisurely clean his hand. 

“Twenty years ago, the Thalrex Order and the international military skills competition committee jointly hosted the first high–tech, intelligent war games competition on Qacalisle Island. You had an encounter with Young Lord Dragon,” Robin said, his voice calm but deadly. 

Garth shuddered involuntarily, his eyes widening as he nodded once, only to shake his head in denial moments later. 

Beads of sweat dotted his forehead, and his face paled in sheer terror. 

“General Ramsey, I don’t know anything! Please, you don’t know what you’re getting yourself into. Th–this will bring death upon you, just like Lord Dragon… “Garth stammered, his voice shaking. 

Robin noticed that Garth’s fearful eyes kept darting upward, constantly checking the top of the palace. He understood that everything here was being watched. 

Garth’s voice dropped to a low murmur as he paused. “General Ramsey, let’s stop this now. Take my advice, that control device will only bring disaster! 

“I can’t answer your questions. This involves the safety of Earth and the entire world. I advise you not to pursue the matter of Draconia’s Young Lord Dragon… 

Robin discarded the wet wipe and unsheathed his dragon dagger. 

“I’m not some fool who cares about the whole world, and I’m certainly not going to pander to the global masses like you!” 

Robin’s voice was dripping with disdain.

“I want to know if Young Lord Dragon’s disappearance 20 years ago and the Dragon Manor massacre are connected to your rotten organization!” 

“General Ramsey, I don’t know…” Garth began, his voice faltering. 

“Fine. If you won’t talk, then I won’t waste my time,” Robin sneered, crushing the floor beneath his boot. 

Boom! The entire palace trembled as if it were about to collapse. 

The dragon dagger slid from its scabbard. 

With a deafening roar, a golden dragon materialized in the air, its fierce form surging from the dagger with a terrifying speed. 

The dragon’s mighty presence howled in anger as it lashed out, its fangs sinking into Garth’s neck and pulling a fountain of scalding blood from his veins. 

“Ahh!” Garth’s face twisted in shock and agony. 

His body shriveled before Robin’s eyes as the once imposing figure of Garth aged rapidly, his skin twisting and contorting grotesquely. 

“Let me go! I’ll talk! I saw Young Lord Dragon!” Garth screamed, his voice ragged and broken. 

Bang! A burst of white light suddenly pierced Garth’s skull, the force obliterating his head in an instant. 

Robin swiftly dodged, his body a blur, just in time to avoid a laser–guided explosive round shooting directly 

at him. 

The high–explosive shell collided with the palace’s steel–reinforced walls, creating a three–feet–wide hole and causing half of the realm master palace to cave in. 

Robin lifted the bronze box and the Emberleaf Fans, pointing them toward the central top of the palace, where a hidden blast–proof surveillance eye was located. “If that is the case, let us make sure you disappear from the LI Mystic Realm forever!” Robin declared coldly. 

Simultaneously, he signaled Freya to withdraw all monitoring personnel from the northeast corner of the Mystic Realm and to regroup at the northwest corner of the dark woods base. 

In a flash, a terrifying explosion erupted from the northeastern corner of the L1 Mystic Realm, turning the once–suspected extraterrestrial military base into a massive rift that plunged deep into the earth. 

The L1 Mystic Realm system blared its terrifying alarms, filling the entire space island with ominous clouds as red warning lights blinked frantically, signaling impending chaos. 

This was no mere military competition arranged by the Thalrex Order. 

This was no battle to safeguard Earth or human civilization. 

“From start to finish, this was nothing but a d*mn scam!” Robin sneered, activating the Mystic Realm targeting function of the Emberleaf Fans. 

Under the guise of uniting the world’s strongest forces to defend against an alien invasion, it had only been a means to satisfy their own lust for power. 

Such a vile lie had run rampant for years, fooling the entire world!

The virtual island, once a prison of virtual reality, faded away like a dream upon waking. 

All the elite members of the Star Troopers stood in a daze beneath the clear skies of Qacalisle Island. 

The blue sky, the white clouds, the distant salty mountains, and the ocean breeze.
