Though both of them reached the Initial Emperor State, they just reached this level while Felton long reached the Intermediate Emperor State.

As their attacks clashed, Felton remained completely still while the other two backed away under the pressure of his energy.

"He's good!" Their expression darkened once they steadied themselves.
