Fane took a sharp intake of breath when he heard this. “Where?” he said, panicking. “Help me wipe it off quickly!”

Lana could not help but grin at his flustered demeanor. She took out a piece of wet tissue. “Don’t worry,” she said. “I’ve got wet tissue here. I’ll wipe it off for you!”

As she spoke, she pressed the wet tissue against Fane’s face and carefully wiped the lipstick stain off.
