The attack flew outward in an arc and landed on the brothers’ chests, killing them instantly.

“So–so strong!”

Daniella was goggle-eyed. It took a few seconds before she gulped and spoke.

Fane took the martial rings from the eight bodies and flashed before Daniella. He smiled at her. “Let’s get out of here quick. Someone might find out that I killed them otherwise. If the Norman family ever knows of this, they’ll definitely bring trouble to our families even if they don’t lash out immediately!”

“Okay!”

Daniella bobbed her head meekly and took Fane’s hand. The two flew upward and escaped from the site of the incident.

They only stopped after a while. Fane took the plaques, spirited grass, and other valuables out from those martial rings, discarding them once he sorted them into his own martial ring.

Daniella’s chest felt warm. Fane had actually killed all those fellows which truly surprised her. She never thought that a straight-laced, conservative man like him would have his affectionate moments.

A smile lit up on her face as she recalled that moment, and her heart pounded slightly.

“Oh, right. I saw your big sister yesterday!”

After Fane thought about it, he told Daniella, “Second Young Master Hunt is actually at the advanced stage of the true god status, and his fighting skill is very high. Your big sister was no match for him, but I managed to save her at the right moment. Otherwise, she might have been killed already.”
