And at that Charles start repeatedly punch me all over my body with silver chains, the pain is unbearable, but in the background I could hear Clarina screaming and crying, and beg them to stop, I have to comfort her, I open my eyes and get eye contact with my mates teary eyes, and all of a sudden I feel peace, I didn't feel the pain from the chains anymore, I keep our eye contact 'till I heard Steffanie scream.

"What's going on, how is this possible she is just a simple human."

Only then I notice the light that surrounds me and Clarina, I could see that Charles still try to punch me with the chains, but the light keep the punch away from me. Looking back at Clarina I was confused, the light was coming from her, how that's possible? I make eye contact with her and see that she also have no idea about what is going on.

I hear Charles shouting, and the room promptly gets filled with men, all dirty and with wolf eyes, I growl, rouges, werewolf who is in no pack, and therefore are more violence and have no respect for others, and do whatever they want to. I see several of them sending hungry glances at Clarina and I growl out even louder, I don't want those bastards in the same room as my mate, and definitely not since they look at Clarina that way with lust in their eyes. Charles notices my outburst and look at me whit a smirk.

"Oh you don't like these nice fellows to be near your little 'mate', but you know what, some of them have ask for a little time with her all by them self, and I have been thinking that I may should let them - but of cause only after I have had her...A lot, and in every possible ways. I'm sure she is firstly in a bed."

He said and all the rouges cheers, I growl at him, and fight the chains I can smell burned flesh but can't feel the pain. It is only when Clarina beg me to stop, then I stop struggling against the chains. I look with sad eyes at Clarina, I have to do something to prevent this to happening, I can't let these lowlife even touch her, she is mine, and even if I have ruining everything between us, I won't let her get hurt just because of me, I have to make sure she is safe, even if it means ruining my own life, that doesn't matter as long as she is safe. I look short at Steffanie before I once more look at Clarina. Her eyes grow wide, and she shakes her head, and mumble.

"No Matthew, don't..."

She got interrupted by Steffanie who slap her in the face and yells.

"Shut up you stupid human..."

I growl, and in an angry voice say.

"If you touch her once more I may chance my mind once more, and don't consider to take you up at your offer."

All in the room look at me, Clarina with a sad look, but Steffanie smile at me, and get over to me with a seductive smile.

"Really you will make me your mate... I knew you would come to your senses, we are meant to be together, and that pathetic human just get you confused for a while."

Clarina was staring at me, before she looks at Steffanie, with a look like she was looking at a disgusting being.

"He didn't chose you, you stupid bimbo, he only do this because he try to protect me, so get down of your high horse, you mean nothing to him."

Steffanie screams angrily.

"I don't care, all I care about is to be with him, with his mark, and as the further Luna of the pack...so yes I'm going to accept you demands"

She said and looks back at me, but before I can respond Charles break in.

"No way you stupid bitch, I only agreed to this because you promised that Clarina would be mine in every way possible, and know you think that you can change the rules, I don't think so, and I know all of our friends here agree with me, we don't agree on his demands."
