Chapter 918 A Little Too Intimate 

But Boss was so low-key. She never revealed this identity. There must be a reason that she didn’t want to reveal it. Hugh couldn’t tell anyone even if he knew about this awesome identity of hers. 

After they came out of the recording studio… 

Hugh was very attentive, “Boss, do you want to go to the lounge to have some tea? The afternoon tea at our company is very good. I remember you are fond of desserts. Do you want me to go get some for you over?” 

“No. I have something to do. I’ll leave now.” Thinking about Xavier saying he was coming over, Nikita took her phone out of her pocket and wanted to send him text message. 

Just as she took the phone out, it beeped. 

She looked down at it. 

Sheehan, “What are you doing?” 

She thought it was from Xavier, but she didn’t expect it to be Sheehan’s message. 

Nikita quickly replied, “I just finished recording a song, and I’m going to the hospital to see Aunt Gerda.” 

Sheehan, “Recording a song? Aunt Gerda? Is she the one you took me to visit early? She’s here in N City?” 

Nikita replied: Yeah. 

Sheehan, “Do you want me to go with you?” 

Nikita, “Are you free now?” 

Sheehan, “I’m free today. Where are you? I’ll come and meet you.” 

The recording studio was located in the downtown area, so was the Lambert Group. The two places were not far apart. 

Nikita sent Sheehan the address of the location. 

“Boss, where are you going? I’ll give you a ride.” Hugh followed her and walked out. 

Nikita paused in her steps, looked up at him, and was about to speak… A deep magnetic voice came through. “No need. Niky will take my drive.” 

This voice… 

Hugh froze and looked up. Xavier was coming out of the elevator and walking towards them. 

As Xavier approached, he stopped in front of Nikita. 

Hugh looked back and called out, “Xavier.” 

Xavier glanced at him and said, “Hmm.” Then he looked at Nikita with a gentle and doting smile on his handsome face, asking in a gentle and soft voice, “Finished recording the song?” 

“Yes.” Nikita nodded, “It’s done.” 

Xavier reached out and touched her head, “Let’s go then.” 

Nikita nodded and said hello to Hugh, “I’m leaving.” 

Then, following Xavier, she turned around and walked into the elevator. 

Hugh stood in place, watched the two enter the elevator, and watched the elevator doors close. He scratched his chin with a thoughtful expression. 

The relationship between Xavier and Boss was a little too close.
