Whitney smiled. "Hehe. It's no big deal, really… I just have this broken window. Can you help?"

"Sure!"

Frank had nothing else to do, and they fixed the window in a little over ten minutes.

"Oh, you university students are really amazing," Whitney praised earnestly as she passed him an ice-cold soda. "Y'all can really do everything!"

Frank took the soda, smiling but saying nothing.

Whitney then continued, "I've always said there has to be a man in the house, or a weak gal like me couldn't have fixed that window on my own!"

Frank was at once terrified, putting down the soda and excusing himself to the bathroom.

Soon, he decided it was long enough, and Frank unblocked that number from earlier.

Pretending not to know who he was calling, he asked, "Can I take a loan from you?"

The person on the other end naturally knew that Frank had called before but decided to play along just to be cooperative. "Yes, our interest rate is only 25% per annum. Would that be acceptable?"

"How soon can I get the money?" Frank pressed.

After adding that number into his contact list, Frank soon received a reply with an image attached.

It was an infographic instructing Frank to download a smartphone app and how to apply for a loan with it.

Whitney was shocked when she leaned in and saw the app on Frank's phone. "Isn't that a normal online loan request? It's even legal!"
