Jouri smiled at Frank too. "He never praises anyone. That's yet another first you've claimed."

Frank ignored her and stared at the middle-aged man. "And you are?"

"Allow me to introduce myself—I'm Howl Quaid, Hector Clet's handler. I apologize for failing my task. I was supposed to meet you in person to directly inform you about our intention to eliminate him, but you beat us to the punch. Please accept our thanks."
