Of the Swnovels stories I have ever read, perhaps the most impressive one is The Great Medical Saint (Matthew). The story is too good, leaving me with many doubts. Currently, the manga has been translated to Chapter 569. Let's read the author's The Great Medical Saint (Matthew) Swnovels story right here.
Upon hearing Sebastian's words, Matthew closed the golden box containing Infinity Pill Formula and closed it. Then, he put it inside the wooden container and turned to Sebastian. "I'm making a call."
Sebastian looked anxious. "I think the cops will be here soon. You'd better do it quickly."
Upon hearing that the cops were about to arrive, the crowd quickly dispersed. In the blink of an eye, everyone was gone.
Matthew pulled out his phone. He found Brad's number and dialed it.
…
Inside a small yard, Brad was puffing away on one cigarette after another.
With a darkened expression, Hugh sighed and said, "That's how it is. You've got to accept it."
Brad tossed his cigarette on the ground and couldn't help but curse. "What are those guys up to? 20 years back, they did everything possible to force Juprus to step back. Today, they're backing up Horace. Are they trying to stir up trouble?"
Hugh bitterly smiled. "Do you think I'm not upset? I'd love to take those guys out, but I can't do anything. We can't change the situation. It's a hard truth we have to accept."
Brad pulled out another cigarette and lit it up. He took a couple of drags and then smashed it on the floor. As the cigarette butt hit the cement floor, sparks scattered everywhere.
Brad let loose. "I'm just not having it. I want to have a showdown with him. I'm about to kick the bucket anyway, so I don't care anymore. I just want to take them down."
When Hugh realized Brad wasn't getting through, he reached for his gun at his waist and tossed it at Brad's feet.
"I gave you my gun. Go and wipe them out."
Brad was taken aback as he blankly stared at the gun near his feet. Gritting his teeth, Brad grabbed a cigarette from his pocket and lit it up again. He took a deep drag, and a quarter of it was gone. He then exhaled the smoke sharply.
"Just wait and see. They'll get what's coming to them eventually. With Matthew's tempers, if he finds out who is protecting Horace, he'll take them all out."
Hugh shook his head. "You just want to say what feels good. Matthew isn't ready to handle all those things now. You need to start coming up with a response when Matthew calls to ask what happened to Horace."
Brad frowned and stayed quiet. He honestly found it hard to explain. It was a tricky situation.
Suddenly, Brad's phone started ringing. He looked at the number displayed on his phone and found himself in a bind. The phone continued to ring.
In the yard, everything was calm, making the ringing stand out.
Brad wanted to talk Matthew out of it. But thinking about what those people had done, he couldn't really hold back either. So, he figured he'd just let Matthew go wild. The bigger the mess, the better.
Anyway, it was them who would be dealing with the trouble.
"Alright. I'll arrange a cleanup crew for you. They are mostly Dominic, Trevor, and the rest. If anything comes up, just call them—"
Brad was halfway through his sentence when Matthew ended the call.
Holding the phone, Brad said to Hugh, "Matthew is on a killing spree. I can't imagine how many people are going to bite the dust this time."
A chilling glint flickered in Hugh's eyes. "Just let him do it. Some people being alive is just unfair to others. They'd be better off dead."
…
In a hotel room, Dominic watched Lucien and Leo packing up their stuff.
Standing by the window, he looked at the bustling street filled with cars. "Even though I was injured this time, it was a good learning experience. For some reason, I really don't want to go."
