Matthew's expression remained solemn as he said, "The Fuller family wasn't aware of my abilities the first time it happened, so it's not unusual for them to wait for me at Lifehaven Pharmaceuticals.

After Kingston got out of the car and shut the door, he realized that something was off with the situation. He then looked through the window at Matthew and asked, "What about you?"

Immediately, the engine started again, and the car roared as it sped past Kingston, leaving him in the dust.

Just as Kingston ran out of the cloud of dust that swirled off the ground, he noticed that Matthew's car had already traveled several feet.

Kingston yelled after him anxiously, "Stop! Why are you walking into the lion's den? You clearly know that it's dangerous!"

But no matter how loudly he shouted, Matthew couldn't hear him, and very quickly, the car disappeared from Kingston's sight.

Kingston then stood in place and sighed, turning around to leave. However, he had just walked a little over ten yards when he stopped in his tracks and screamed, "Fuck it! I'll go through hell with you this time!"

He planned to wait for the car to park by the entrance of the factory and load his rifle before he shot Matthew because it was when he deemed the perfect time to shoot.

When Matthew's car closed in the distance to Lifehaven Pharmaceuticals, he slowed down and observed the pharmaceutical factory's surroundings.

Matthew felt as if a lying beast was waiting for him at Lifehaven Pharmaceuticals, which was why he needed to be extra vigilant.
