Stanley, Samuel, Halsey, and Cecelia left the room and headed into the living room.

Halsey looked at Stanley. “Mr. Hawk, I didn’t expect you to still have ties to Jessica. You two were engaged as children, right? Does that mean she’s technically your fiancée?”

Stanley gave Halsey a quick glance. “You all stay with Wendy. I’ll be leaving now.”
