Chapter 1364

Ellinor was a bit curious. “Really? What else are you planning to pull on me?”

Sophia shot back provocatively. “Take a wild guess?”

Ellinor casually took a sip of her milk. “I can’t be bothered guessing. Do whatever you want; you didn’t have to call to tell me.”

Sophia didn’t get the reaction she was hoping for, so she was disgruntled. “Ellinor! Do you even know that my father is the well-known…”

Ellinor hung up before she could even drop her father’s name. All Sophia got was an annoying beep from the other end.

Sophia’s face fell, and she angrily threw her phone on the ground. No one had ever dismissed her like this.

Her attendant picked up the phone off the ground, wiped it clean, and handed it back to her. “Miss, don’t get too worked up. If your father sees you like this, he’ll be upset and blame us for not taking good care of you.”

Sophia clenched her teeth and took the phone back. She looked at Theo’s contact and sent him a series of messages confessing her long-time crush on him. But until now, she hadn’t received a single response.

Theo was heartless. After knowing her feelings, he didn’t even give her a shred of dignity.

An hour later, Sophia arrived back at her home in M State – the grand Thaddeus Manor.

A man in his fifties was leisurely fishing by the pond in the manor.

A servant rushed over. “Your daughter is back, sir.”

Hearing this, the middle-aged man quickly handed his fishing rod to someone else and got up to greet his daughter.

Sophia looked upset. She got out of the car and stormed off as her attendant dragged her luggage behind her.

Thaddeus stepped forward with his brow furrowed in concern. “What’s wrong, sweetheart? Who upset you? Tell me, I’ll set them straight.”

The middle aged man was casually dressed. Despite being in his fifties, he looked much younger thanks to good self-care. He almost looked like he was in his early forties.

Sophia threw herself into her father’s arms and started crying. “Dad! Theo is ignoring me! He wants to cut ties with me because of some country girl.”
