Regina looked at Francis, hurt. “Dad, you’ve become a stranger to me.” 

“And you too, for all your irrationality. I raised you, and now you’ve turned for someone else! I’ve worked hard planning for your future, and you think I’ve wronged you. That’ truly disappointing.” 

They were at an impasse. No matter what Regina said or did, Francis’ answer was same: she had to marry Nolan.. 

Regina’s hope was extinguished. She knew arguing was futile and that her only ch in dealing with Nolan himself. 

If she could get the original footage, no matter how much Francis threatened, Nolar wouldn’t care. Only then could she resolve the situation and put an end to this farce.
