“Mr. President, it looks like that person understands you well,” said Storm.

Jay replied, “Which is why he could play tricks right under my nose.”

His voice was light, but his tone was as if it came straight out of hell. He sounded like he wanted to choke the breath out of his victim.

Storm clenched his fist, roaring, “Mr. President, I’ll go and catch those scaredy-cats out of their hidey-hole!”

Jay became calm. “Go to Sycamore Annex. The kids are staying there with their grandparents. Bring them away from here tonight.”

“Mr. President?” Storm was unwilling to leave the president at this moment when he needed someone by his side.

“Be good.”

“Yes.” Storm hung his head and left Fragrant Vessel Court reluctantly.
