"Angeline’s mine. It’s none of your business what I do to her.”

Jay raised his hand and gave him a loud slap.

Cole was furious and turned scarily pale.

His initially warm smile was condensed in the corner of his eyes and his slender fingers touched his hot face. "If you think you can get away with hitting me, I’m afraid that you’re mistaken.”

His voice is very gentle and sounded like a spring breeze.
