Chapter 1023 I Would Like To Borrow Something

“Mr. Zare, where is Kai?” Lizbeth asked Leviathan urgently after arriving at Shadow Estate.

“Ms. Grange, calm down. What’s wrong?” Leviathan saw Lizbeth trying to catch her breath and rushed to pour her a glass of water.

Lizbeth drank a mouthful of water and continued urgently, “It’s Josephine. Someone abducted her!”

“What?” Leviathan was dumbfounded and led Lizbeth as they rushed into the inner courtyard. He pointed to a room and said, “Mr. Chance is in here!”

Lizbeth pushed open the door and shoved Kai, sitting cross-legged on the floor.

“Someone abducted Josephine!” Lizbeth answered urgently.

Kai frowned upon hearing how powerful the abductors were.

Who could it be? Why would they want to abduct Josephine? Could it be my enemy?

Kai considered these questions quietly.

“Kai, you must hurry up and find a way. You need to bring people to search for her.” Lizbeth became anxious when Kai remained silent.

Kai raised his hand to silence her. “Don’t panic. Let me think.”
