"Bastard! How did you know about that?" The two Emperor Realm masters were utterly stunned.

"Well, it told me," Rocky replied as he pointed at Harlan.

"The beast? You can communicate with it?" The eyes of the two Emperor Realm masters widened in shock.

"That's right."

Only then did the two Emperor Realm masters realized that they were deceived all this time. Since Rocky could communicate with the beast, he must have known everything from the start. Hence, they fell into his ploy.

"No. We need to hold on for a while longer." Beverly was well aware that the situation had turned out for the worst, but she had already sent a troop to the ruins, so she needed to buy some more time.

"We are clearly going to be wiped out! Why do we need to keep fighting the beast?" Rocky asked convincingly, pretending that he knew nothing about her plans.
