I returned and walked in on Riyas's heated conversation on the phone and I guess it's her boyfriend, David.

Our eyes meet.

"What?" Riya says in a pissed

I left to avoid getting her aggravated mood past on me.

The following morning, I slept like a baby, not until Riya decided to get everyone up and run out to her, at the living room.

"Riya, what is it?"

Elena asked

Riya turns and the reason why she shouted was that the entire mansion was decorated.

Urgh! What a drama queen.

"Mom, why is everywhere decorated?" She asked

" What do you mean why? Did you forget that you getting engaged with David, this evening?".

Elena replied.

She puts on the next drama.

However it made no difference to Elena, both knew how to be overly dramatic.

Riya was like, she doesn't want to get married, Elena gets upset and shattered a glass placed on the table.

Sorry, just kidding.

But on a serious note, Riya wasn't pleased by her mom's decision to get married.

If Riya doesn't want to get married, why then does she act like the perfect girlfriend and wife to be.

Elena makes her decision final, she left a sad Riya and returned to her room.

Everyone else did, leaving just the two of us.

"Are you okay?" I asked.

Riya rushed and hugged me.

She snobs softly.

"It's okay don't cry anymore!" I said being a gentleman.

However, the demon in her plunges out and she pushed me away.

"How dare you touch me, huh!"

She yelled.

Urgh, seriously, it was either she's crazy or most likely to be possessed by an evil spirit.

"Oh don't make me laugh Riya! I do not get pleasure touching you, and if I want to touch anyone, it would never be an angry, resentful woman like you". I asserted out her crazy attitude.

She gasps out surprised.

" A resentful like me? You don't know what I have through okay or what I am about to pass through right now, so Mr. Baltimore doesn't come here and tell me this rubbish okay because you don't know me".

She tells. Riya's eyes teared up.

it felt like she was trying to send a piece of coded information, or trying to transfer her aggression on me.

An hour passed, I still couldn't stop feeling guilty for saying such words to her, I know I might be rude, hot-tempered sometimes but I haven't been rude to a girl before, it's just that Riya just has a way of bringing the demon in me, to sum up, everything, she's annoying as hell, wonder how David keeps up with her.

The next morning, I woke up and the preparation of Riya's' engagement had begun.

Speak of the devil, she hissed the moment she took a glance at me.

Elena was pleased about the whole celebration, whereas the lady who is supposed to be her daughter wasn't, Riya for some reason tried earlier to back down from the alliance.
