Soon after.

A loud voice rang up from outside. Jeremy Wesley had hurried over with his subordinates.

He brought over two hundred people, and everyone in the hospital was scared.

"Who has hurt my son? Get your butt over here and die!"

A rude voice rang up, and the man who spoke was a middle-aged plump guy. He was none other than Jeremy Wesley.

Jeremy walked into the patient's room with a few of his subordinates.

When he saw his son kneeling on the floor with two broken legs, he became even angrier, and he glared at Nathan.

He could see that everyone else was being polite towards Nathan, so Nathan had to be the one who called the shots.

Jeremy narrowed his eyes and spoke harshly, "Punk, are you the one who

ordered your men to injure my son?"

Ronald complained with hatred in his voice, "That's the head of those bastards. Dad, avenge me!"

Nathan turned to Jeremy and grinned.

"You're Jeremy Wesley? The one who stole the villagers' farm, injured Ty, and tried to take advantage of the situation by getting them to sell you their land at a fraction of the price? The village chief who is known as the Living Devil?"

Jeremy scoffed, "Since you knew about my nickname, then you should know how powerful lam."

"All of you will break your own legs right away and pay my son five million in his medical fee. Only then I will consider sparing your life. If you don't... Well, don't blame me for what is going to happen next."

Nathan chuckled. "You'd have to ask if my people are okay with your terms."

Jeremy was momentarily stunned. He then sneered and spoke in a discriminatory tone. "I have over two hundred men outside, and they are all gangsters. Any of your subordinates are welcomed to step up and complain if they're not happy with my terms."

Nathan smiled and instructed, "To those who are upset, step up and tell the chief your name and who you are."

A tall man with a grim expression on stood up immediately. His voice was grouchy when he said, "I am upset. My name is Daniel Sousa, and I am the Head of Investigative Unit in Mayberry!"

Jeremy, Ronald, Ty, and Ashley were stunned when they heard Daniel's name and designation.

Jeremy didn't recognize Daniel in his casual outfit, but his subordinates were hooligans, so they recognized Daniel. "Holy crap! That really is the Head of Investigative Unit in Mayberry!"

Upon hearing that, Jeremy gasped and he started sweating.

He forced a smile on his face and was about to apologize when another man stood up. This time, it was Charles Brown.

"And me too. I am Charles Brown, the Commander of the Weapons Department!"

Jeremy's blood pressure rose upon hearing that, and he literally spat blood.

He lost his balance and knelt on the floor.

"P-please forgive me, Mayor. Please spare my life, General."

Nathan turned to Stanley and ordered, "Mayor, you deal with this assh*le. I get furious by just looking at him."

"Understood, General," replied Stanley.

After that, Stanley fired Jeremy in front of everyone and instructed the Head of the Investigation Unit to look into Jeremy's wrongdoings over the years. Every crime committed was to be identified, and the Wesleys were to be punished for every single one of their crime.

Daniel replied, "Understood."

Jeremy passed out immediately when he heard that.

Ronald was trembling too, and he looked hopeless. He kept murmuring, "Everything is over now. We're dead."

If all their crimes were discovered, they would be killed, and even if their lives were spared, they would still be sentenced to

life imprisonment.
