Meanwhile, Phoebe and Santiago were enjoying themselves in Chamption Club.

A few elite henchmen stood around them in a protective circle, while hundreds of bodyguards stood to watch within Chamption Club.

Santiago lamented, “What a pity that Nathan and Penny managed to survive.”

Phoebe was bold enough to take action with Santiago earlier, but as things had escalated quickly, she was starting to fear the consequences.

“I'm afraid he might take revenge,” she said with concern. “I'm worried Nathan will find out what we did and teach us a lesson.”

Santiago merely chuckled. “Don't worry. I'm a meticulous man. Besides, I told my men to clear up after us. No clues are left behind.”

“Besides, the Four Tygers of the Lieberman family will protect us. There are hundreds of elite bodyguards protecting us in Chamption Club. Even if Nathan came, he wouldn't be able to defeat us. Unless if he deployed the North Army, of course.”

Phoebe nodded, but she was plagued by anxiety.

All of a sudden, her phone rang.

Glancing at the caller ID, her expression changed slightly. She steadied herself and informed Santiago, “Please excuse me. I'll need to answer this.”

“Just go!” Santiago grinned.

Phoebe left the room and answered the call in an

empty hallway.

“Hello?”

Her father's enraged voice rang out. “What have you done? I told you to return to Brimmopolis, but you refused to listen. You even fooled around with that Santiago Lieberman and tried to harm Nathan and Penny.”

“Don't you know he had fought in countless battles and killed thousands of enemies? Even capable fighters feared him, but you're bold enough to offend him?” he roared.

At once, Phoebe escaped the club with Durand and her bodyguards through the backdoor. She didn't even bother to say goodbye to Santiago.

On the way to the airport, dozens of police cars and military vehicles sped past her vehicle, heading to Chamption Club.

A look of panic filled Phoebe's face.

She knew Nathan had indeed deployed the army to head to Chamption Club to get them.

In a trembling voice, she urged. “Durand, speed up. We need to leave this dangerous place

ASAP!”

“Yes!” Durand replied.
