At the same time, Ava, Thunderstorm, and Waves showed up in front of Leopard and his subordinates.
With a submachine gun in his right hand, Ava sneered while glowering at them. ‘Tve been waiting for you.”
“Mrs. Cross and her family have been sent to a safe place much earlier. Since you've come all the way, you might as well stay here forever.”
Leopard was terrified and mad. ”Do you think the only three of you can kill us all?”
“Turn around and look behind you,” Ava scoffed.
Leopard was horrified by her words.
Turning their heads in unison, they saw eighteen towering, dark figures were standing around them.
Each of the dark figures was holding a combat dagger.
They were the Eighteen Riders of the North!
Although Jack and his men were not riding horses, they still exuded an intense, deadly aura. Leopard and his subordinates went weak in the knees at this sight.
Behind Jack were two thousand soldiers from the Dragonfury Special Forces armed with submachine guns.
Swoosh!
The two thousand soldiers lifted and aimed their submachine guns at Leopard and his subordinates, whose face went ghastly pale
instantly.
With an aloof face, Ava asked, “Are you going to surrender or fight till the very end?”
Leopard bellowed angrily, “Guys, they won't let us off. Let's fight our way out of here.”
Right after he said that, the man raised his gun to shoot Ava.
Leopard's head was being laid in front of Nathan at a hotel in Brimmopolis.
Standing in front of the man, Colin reported regardfully, “General, Mrs. Cross, and the others have been sent to the military base housing in Channing, so their safety is ensured. Besides, Leopard's head is right here, while the rest of his subordinates have been killed.”
“Good job,” Nathan replied indifferently.
Colin added, “The Lieberman family has yet to know that Leopard and his men have been wiped out. Hence, Wilfred is still inviting many guests to his son's wedding. Other than that, he sent someone to urge you, insisting that you have to turn up tonight. He even claimed that you'll regret it for the rest of your life if you miss it.”
Nathan let out a snicker. “It's a miracle that he could get out of the prison. How dare he stir up troubles? He's digging his own grave.”
“General, are we going to the wedding?” Colin asked.
Nathan narrowed his eyes while answering. “One good turn deserves another. Wilfred is preparing such a huge surprise for me, so it's only fair that I go there to return a gift to him. Get ready. I'm going to the Lieberman residence to meet Wilfred later.”
“Yes, General!” Colin replied.
