The following day, Nathan, Penny, Kylie and Colin went to see the flag-raising ceremony.

Initially, they were planning to go hiking; however, Nathan changed the itinerary and visited the Royal Museum instead because Penny was pregnant and hiking would be too tiring for her.

Penny was exhilarated because she was finally able to spend some joyous moments with her husband.

After their dinner at Papa John's Grill, Penny looked at Nathan and said, “When I was searching the internet for attraction spots in Brimmopolis today, I found out that there's a place called Djarling Tea House nearby. Nathan, I know you love tea, so why not we go there and try their tea?”

Nathan replied smilingly, “Sure!”

After strolling under the night sky that was brightly lit up with lights, they arrived at Djarling Tea House.

Prior to that, Nathan and the others were informed that the place was classically decorated with a tranquil atmosphere. It was said to be a very unique spot.

However, they noticed that the tea house was filled with a bustling crowd upon arriving. Even though the place was decorated classically, it was far from being quiet.

Soon after, they found out from the crowd that the tea goddess, Jasmine, was going to make a rare appearance at Djarling Tea House that night.

Jasmine was nicknamed the tea goddess because not only her brewing techniques were the best and she was a gorgeous looking lady too. She was also very talented in various fields including arts.

It was rare for her to make an appearance at the tea house. Therefore, many rich men from noble families were there, even if it's just a glance of her would be satisfying enough for them.

After gaining an understanding of the situation, Nathan commented with a cold smile, “If that's the case, we better not join in the crowd. Let's go somewhere else.”

Penny replied, “Since we are here, it would be a waste if we don't try the infamous brew of Djarling Tea House. Furthermore, I'm also curious about Ms. Jasmine's beautiful looks and brewing techniques. Aren't you curious too, Nathan?”

Nathan replied with a smile, “I'm not!”

Penny, Kylie and Colin were quite shocked.

Penny couldn't help but ask, “Why?”

Nathan replied beamingly, “Because no one is more beautiful than you and nobody can match my tea brewing skills.”

Penny blushed upon hearing that. She said, “You are very cheeky. Are you not afraid that others would laugh at you for praising your own wife's beauty and your brewing skills?”

Nathan and the others went into the tea house and sat down at the table.

Penny ordered a medium priced pot of Earl Grey tea.

At that moment, a tall handsome man entered the building with a few of his men.

It was Kiel and he looked very arrogant.

Colin uttered quietly next to him, “General, is there something wrong with that man? Do you want me to have someone get more information about him?”

Nathan replied indifferently, “I felt hostility in his gaze just now, I might be wrong. Let's just ignore him for now.”

Colin answered, “Yes!”

At that moment, a middle-aged couple entered.

It was Hayley's parents and Penny would addressed them both as aunt Agnes and Uncle Warren.

They were there for some tea. However, they panicked after seeing there wasn't any empty table.

Soon after, Agnes noticed Penny was there too and said instantly, “Ah, isn't that my niece?”

It wasn't until then that Penny recognized both Agnes and Warren. She immediately greeted them, “Oh, it's Aunt Agnes and Uncle Warren, what a coincidence.”

Agnes said with a tight smile, “Indeed. How many years has it been since we last met? I remember you used to stay over at our house during weekends when you were still studying. Tsk, I heard that not long after you have graduated, you became a Smith family's embarrassment by being raped by a drunken street bum and had an illegitimate child...”

Warren pursed his lips and said, “A year ago, I heard from a distant relative that you even got married to the drunken street bum in the end. Is this true?”

Penny's face reddened. Just when she was about to explain, Agnes shifted her gaze towards Nathan and said mockingly, “Could this man be the drunken street bum? Even if you're failing in life, there's no need for you to stick with him, right? Furthermore, he was someone who had raped you. I would be ashamed if people knew about this.”
