When Maldragon heard Nathan's words, he scoffed, “Hehe, aren't you just the God of War?”
“If I was afraid of you, I wouldn't even be here today. Enough chit-chat, prepare to die!”
Nathan laughed before instructing Penny and Garrett, “This man is dangerous, you should take cover.
However, Penny refused to leave because she was worried about Nathan's safety.
Garrett too was unfazed. He replied with a smile, “Haha, with the three of you here, what do I have to fear?”
Nathan was frustrated that Penny and Garrett refused to obey, but he didn't push the matter any further.
Maldragon was infuriated when saw that Nathan and the others didn't take him seriously. Even Garrett and Penny who didn't know how to fight were not afraid of him.
He then lunged forward viciously toward Nathan, just like a pouncing tiger, hoping to kill him first.
However, the moment he made his move, so did Zach.
Zach snorted, “Who do you think you are to act so arrogantly in front of us? Show me what you've got."
Maldragon only saw a blur before Zach's muscular body appeared right before his eyes.
Zach's speed caught him by surprise.
He didn't expect to face another formidable opponent other than Nathan.
Despite the shock, he didn't stop in his tracks.
Loading his punch, he threw one straight in Zach's direction and bellowed, “Since you want to die so badly, let me kill you first.”
Zach laughed before meeting him with a punch of his own.
Boom!
Both their fists crashed against each other causing Zach to be pushed back by a few steps.
However, Maldragon was also thrown backward seven to eight steps.
Their punches were equally powerful, giving Maldragon a shock.
When he planned to kill Eurasia's God of War, he didn't expect to find someone who was his match right beside Nathan.
The moment he was caught by surprise, Lucas made his move.
Lucas' speed was lightning fast. His body moved like a cat while his punches rained down like cannonballs. He asserted in a deep voice, “You pest! How dare you come to kill us! Let me see what you've got.”
Lucas charged ahead without even giving Maldragon any time to think.
With a tap of his feet, Maldragon lunged forward to meet his attacker. He launched a punch of his own to counter Lucas' incoming fist.
Boom!
Lucas Ziegler! Dragon of the West!
Maldragon's eyes widened as he gaped in response, for he couldn't believe it was actually Lucas.
Nathan chuckled. “That's why I said you have no idea what a precarious situation you are in."
Looking at Maldragon, Garrett remarked with a laugh, “You're really brave to dare challenge three of Eurasia's commanders-in-chief. I don't know if you are oblivious to their strength or just plain stupid.”
Everyone present, including Penny, gave Maldragon a sympathetic look.
Defeat and anger was written all over his face.
After all, he was a killer that had assassinated innumerable powerful men and was also known
as the new King of Assassins.
Contrary to his expectation, not only did he fail in his mission, he had to suffer the humiliation of being pitied by others.
He thought that he was a hungry wolf that was about to barge into a sheep's pen.
Only upon entry did he realize that he had stumbled into a tiger's den instead.
His heart sank in despair.
