Nathan and his family, who were eating happily at first, had to finish their meal hastily and leave after Branson's sudden rude interruption.

After their meal, Nathan, Penny, and Kylie brought Colin and Ava along to accompany Queenie attend the campfire party at the summer camp.

Upon seeing Penny's worried look, Nathan asked, “What's wrong?”

Penny replied, “Branson seems to be the heir of Brimmotopia Group and all the hotels, shopping malls, and amusement parks in this area are owned by his family. I'm worried that he'll come looking for trouble again.”

Nathan stated indifferently, “I was already holding back by not confronting him just now. If he doesn't know any better and still dares to come and cause trouble, then I can only teach him a lesson.”

Penny said, “Don't be impulsive. No matter what, this is his territory and the Brimmotopia Group is a well-known consortium in Brimmopolis. If we can, let's avoid getting into trouble with them.”

Soon, Nathan and the rest arrived at the summer camp. A bonfire was already lit and the place was filled with lights and glass champagne towers. In addition, the tables were adorned with all kinds of food, including children's favorite treats.

There were a lot of students and parents at the summer camp. While the children were playing together, the adults stood around with glasses of wine and talked to each other.

“Mr. Cross, Mrs. Cross!” The moment Jaeden and his wife saw Nathan, they immediately greeted him.

Nathan responded with a smile, “Hello there!”

Jaeden felt that Nathan looked even more mysterious and charming in a black shirt tonight. He couldn't help but ask, “Mr. Cross, as a parent, are you also performing on stage tonight?”

“My daughter insisted that I join, and I happen to play the piano a little, so I signed up shamelessly.” Nathan smiled bitterly.

Jaeden laughed and said, “Haha, I don't know anything else, hence I was planning to recite a poem for the show.”

After seeing Nathan and Jaeden getting along well and chatting happily, Violet gathered her courage and told Penny, “Mrs. Cross, did you know that there will be a celebrity appearance

tonight? She will be performing as well.”

Penny replied curiously, “Really? Who is the celebrity?”

At that moment, Queenie, who was in Nathan's arms, suddenly spoke up, “Papa, Mama, I love Hermione a lot! Me and my classmates know

many of her songs, I can't wait to watch her sing for us.”

Nathan smiled as he reassured, “Don't worry. The famous Hermione will sing for you and the other kids when the campfire party officially starts.”

Right at that moment, the person who was in charge of the summer camp, Zac scurried over.

Zac was sweating profusely as he said to Jaeden, “Mr. Winstead, I would like to inform you regarding a little problem.”

Jaeden was taken aback as he responded, “What's the problem?”

Zac said, “We had invited the celebrity, Hermione, to sing two songs for the children at the campfire party tonight, but we just got word that she has a dinner party to attend and won't be able to come.”
