Upon hearing that, Louie looked at Javion in shock. "Mr. Javion, I don't understand what you're trying to tell me.”

With smiling eyes, Javion explained, "My darling brother, Freddie Schulz, has been castrated. It will be a pity for Penny to marry him, so I'd like to marry her instead."
