Nathan stared at Lenard coldly. "Now, I'm going to break your son's limbs as punishment. Any more objections?"

Lenard took in the hard look in Nathan's eyes. Terror rose in him and he got the feeling that he would be killed if he so much as uttered a word in protest.

A bitter taste coated his tongue as he bit out, "N...no..."

"Very good. Waves, Thunderstorm, do it!" Nathan pronounced, with satisfaction.

Sherlyn threw herself at the two men while screaming like a madwoman, attempting to stop them. A harsh smack from Thunderstorm sent her spinning aside.

Waves' arms darted forward in several quick motions. With a few loud cracking sounds, Howard's limbs were snapped.

"Ahh!" Howard's agonized wails rang out in the bar.

Kylie's friends were watching Nathan with shock and admiration shining in their eyes.

They all had the same thought running through their minds.

What a domineering and cool man!

Lenard eyed Nathan balefully and spat, "Cross, I might have lost to you this time but this isn't the last you'll see me. Next time, we'll see who comes out the winner."

With that, he helped his wife to her feet and instructed his injured men to support each other as they beat a hasty retreat. A few less injured men were in charge of carrying his half-dead son away.

Before they could actually leave, however, Nathan uttered calmly, "Lenard, where do you think you're going? What's the hurry, hmm? We still haven't settled all our debts yet."

The man in question jerked to a halt when he heard Nathan's words. He turned to look at the latter in disbelief.

Fear, anger, and hate colored his tone as he growled, "You've already injured my men, my wife, and my son. What else do

you want?"

"I heard that you've ripped one billion off, from the Channing Smith's!"

"Well, you've caused quite a mess here. How about donating one billion to the Channing government, as reparations for the trouble you've caused?" Nathan suggested with a small smile.

One billion again!

Lenard could have wept at the thought. They could definitely afford to lose such an amount of money, but that did not mean that it would not still hurt.

This trip to Channing had been an epic failure and now they were suffering major losses for it.

Left with no other option, Lenard did as Nathan suggested.

His face was stony as he queried, "Now can we go?"

"Thank you for contributing to the development of Channing city. Now scram. And take your giant baby of a son with you."
