I am waiting for the VP of the Viking MC. I wanted to meet with Steve but couldn't. I needed to inquire as to how Lana is doing since she was claimed by Spider. I still worry about her and I do not trust Gunner. I know that she still does not remember having the twins and that is sad for them. They are five years old now. Gunner at least told them the truth. They know that she is their mother but due to what happened after they were born she doesn't remember having them.

I was glad Gunner did not become vindictive and tell them she didn't want or love them. They know she doesn't remember being their mom and that she visits them and thinks of them as her niece and nephew. I also want to make sure that she is doing well since she is now five months pregnant with Spider's child. I was deep in thought when Norman the VP walked in and sat down. Hey man, how are you doing? Good and you? OK. So how is Lana doing? She is doing really well. Her hormones are driving us all crazy. She goes from crying to laughing, to screaming and throwing things. I don't know how we are going to make it through six more months of this. I started laughing.

I looked up as the woman walked over to take our order. I looked at her and saw the bruises on her arms. She pulled her sleeves down. I noticed she did not look me in the face. When I looked up at her I noticed the bruises on her face. Her makeup could not hide them. For some reason, the bruises made me angry. She was tiny, short, and had hair down to her waist. She was mine. I would have her. Then Jim walked in. He hugged her and I saw her gasp. How are you sweetheart I heard him ask? Fine, she said in a soft voice. Then he lifted her face and I watched as he grabbed a napkin and wiped her face. I watched her wince. I am going to kill him. Then he turned and walked out the door. Jim is the president of the Freedom Riders and a friend of ours.

In a few minutes, she was back sitting our coffee in front of us. Your order will be out in a few minutes she said and walked away. As we were eating the door opened and I saw three men walk in. They sat down. Sis, we just want some coffee. I saw her look over at them and smile. She had a beautiful smile. She walked over to them and put the coffee down in front of them. Then she kissed each of them on the cheek. We watched them and heard them ask without looking up at her. "Where is he, Sara?" I don't know she said. He left late last night. Then one of the men looked at her and said. After he did that to you? Sara we will not let him beat on you anymore. We are your brothers and it stops today.

Then another of the men looked at her and told her not to even try to say you tripped and fell or that you forgot the cabinet door was open and you hit it. I know you hit a fist that is what I know and I am going to make sure that son of a bitch hits my fist. Don't think we won't find him. We will go to every bar in this town until we do. I watched as they put money on the table and they kissed her cheek as they walked out the door. But before the last one walked out he looked at her and asked. "What time do you get off today?" At 11:30 pm why? We will pick you up. You are coming to the clubhouse tonight. Mom wants you to spend the weekend. I can't. You will he says as he walked out the door.

I watched as she walked behind the counter and another waitress talked to her. Jo, you know what will happen if I don't show up at the apartment on time. Your brothers mean what they said, Sara. Dammit, Sara, I know you want to leave him. I can't. Why not? He will kill me that's why. He has friends that are not very nice. Fuck his friends. Sara, you are the adopted sister of the president of the Freedom Rider MC. Do you think he will let him kill you? No. And your brothers are members of the Rebel MC. Your stepfather is the president. Snake loves you like you are his own daughter. He tells everyone you are his daughter. He will protect you if he knows what is going on.

I sighed. It looks like they will all find out tonight now, won't they? My brothers will pick me up no questions asked. Several of the club members treat me like their little sister and they will be pissed off when they see my face. Then we saw Jo laughing and said. I wouldn't be surprised if they stripped you down and checked to see if you have any more bruises. I went white. Then she grabbed my shoulders. Sara, what are you hiding? Nothing I said backing away from her. William and I stopped eating and looked at my woman backing away. We were the only two left in the restaurant and I think they forgot about us.

Sara, what are you hiding. Don't Jo. You won't like what you see. I watched as my girl turned to walk away and Jo jerked her shirt up. Then Jo gasped. What the fuck is that huge bandage on your back and why are your ribs wrapped? I saw William's hands turn into fists. Then my girl whisper "nothing, its nothing." Jo then looked up as the door opened up and she saw her boyfriend Lucky walk in. Who did you take her to Lucky? What are you talking about I asked trying to play it off? Lucky, I know if she is hurt bad you are the man she will call for help.

Now, you tell me right now. Who did you take her to see three nights ago? I looked down and said. My coach. What did he say? I sighed and said, Jo. She has three broken ribs, two bruised and this time he beat her with a belt. Jerry had to put stitches in her back. He almost killed her this time.
