At last, the Mitchell family grasped the situation and let out a collective sigh of relief. Their initial fear that Vincent was in distress faded. They had feared that Brenna had hurt him while treating him earlier.

Ethan held his grandfather’s frail hand. “Grandpa, don’t worry. I’ll make sure Dr. Harper is properly thanked,”
