“She has received the divine heritage of the Goddess of Nature.”
“F*ck!” Jade complained and cursed. It was simply unbelievable.
The trio’s speed was considered fast, but compared to Nora, they were way behind. After being possessed, Nora was ten times stronger in speed than her usual self.
Jade said, “She is too fast and has almost reached Myriad Demon Valley ahead. The mark l made on her has limits. Once beyond a certain distance, I cannot sense her.”
“Myriad Demon Valley?”
Alex suddenly remembered something. “Go, take the shortcut!”
He immediately opened the passage leading to Kala Temple. There was a teleportation point inside the Kala Temple that led directly to Myriad Demon Valley, which could save a lot of time.
Three minutes later, the teleportation array lit up with light.
Alex and the others were teleported inside the cave of Myriad Demon Valley, and when they arrived, Jade immediately sensed something and said, “She’s here!”
Alex and Daya were both a little nervous. Their little daughter’s life was still in her hands, and she had to be saved.
“Into Myriad Demon Valley!” Jade said again.
This place, right in the middle of Myriad Demon Valley, was the only way. So the three hid behind the boulder at the cave entrance and quietly waited for her arrival.
A series of rapid footsteps were heard. “Three, two, one, strike!”
The trio pounced over.
The one who came was none other than Nora. She was holding the little one in her hand, who had just turned one year old not long ago. She was wailing, most probably because she was uncomfortable. This broke Daya’s heart.
Nora’s eyes now, all turned blood-red. The ghosted undying clan behind became more apparent.
When she saw Alex and the others striking, she whistled, but it did not sound like what a normal person would make. Holding a baby in one hand and a large sword in the other, she attacked fiercely.
“Nora, wake up!” Jade yelled, this was her sister!
After years of going through fire and water, could she bring herself to kill her?
Splat!
The weapon, Nora’s sword, pierced Jade’s empty hands that were white as jade and hard as steel. Blood flowed as she grabbed the sword. Nora seemed to freeze momentarily.
Taking advantage of this opportunity, Alex immediately dodged to grab the baby.
Alex and the others tried to go after them, but they were stopped by the group of people.
“Who are you people?” Jade shouted.
This group of people were all dressed in black and wearing hoods. But there was a deathly aura so thick that one could not seem to shake off. This was a group of humans with ties to the undead.
It was not exactly a possession either.
“If the Witch does not perish, the universe lives together!”
“If the Witch does not die, the Six Realms will be king!”
“Kill!”
When Jade heard this slogan, she exclaimed offhandedly, “It’s the Witch Cult! The Witch Cult is colluding with the undead clan.”
Daya was anxious about her daughter. She did not care so much about that and simply rushed into the sky and sent out a divine thought calling for the demon tribe to come over to help. In the very next second, she stomped her foot fiercely.
Countless Vines burst out of the ground and wrapped themselves around those of the Witch Cult.
“Kill!”
