Alex Rockefeller was in so much pain that his vision turned dark.
He first put his daughter down nearby before glancing at the tomb… This tomb was a little small. In fact, it was much smaller than the ones nearby. Moreover, there wasn’t even a tombstone above it. There was only a small slope.
Alex retrieved his Dragon Bone and started digging right away. After digging for about three to five minutes, he managed to dig out a stone coffin.
He was dumbfounded when he opened it. There was actually a pretty, lively-looking woman inside.
She wore a flaming red, long, classic robe. Her facial features were intricate, and her long hair reached her shoulders.
Her eyes were still open.
“D*mn. Could she still be alive?”
After looking at the woman for a long time and making sure that she wasn’t moving at all, Alex finally relaxed.
Meanwhile, the Chaos Three had already discovered something that made it incomparably excited. It was a lump of mud in one hand of the woman in the tomb.
‘What kind of mud is this?’
How was it able to make the Chaos Tree this excited?
The Chaos Tree retracted its projection and extended a branch from Alex’s mind palace to swoop the lump of mud away.
Alex, on the other hand, noticed a red string around the woman’s wrist. There was a piece of purple divine jade attached to it. Although Alex couldn’t quite tell what it was, he could sense that it was definitely something good with his divine consciousness. It was a kind of treasure that emitted a holy light. Upon taking a closer look, Alex noticed that there was an ancient alphabet within the purple jade.
However, he couldn’t see it clearly.
“Leaving a treasure behind in this dark place is such a waste.”
“I’ll help you find a new owner for it in the human world.”
Most of the corpses buried in Gods’ Tomb were prominent figures. Therefore, the items buried with them ought to have all been decent. Alex closed the woman’s tomb up and buried it with soil again.
After that, Alex thought of opening other tombs to have a look.
He found the tomb of Heavenly King Krishna from the Yadav divine tribe… After fiercely digging for a while, he heard a sound.
Clang!
This tomb couldn’t be moved at all. It seemed to be protected by a kind of mechanism. Digging forcefully caused vibrations that nearly killed Alex. Alex tried opening a few other gods’ tombs, but the results were similar.
However, Crazy Crone glanced at Alex’s daughter. Suddenly, Crazy Crone snatched her away.
“Ahh-? Elder, this is my daughter. Return her to me!” Alex was greatly shocked.
However, Crazy Crone quickly ran outside with Alex’s daughter in her arms.
With a single step, she arrived outside Gods’ Tomb.
Alex was both shocked and angered. He quickly ran after Crazy Crone. Fortunately, he had managed to learn some skills from his master sneakily. Otherwise, he wouldn’t have been able to catch up. After that, Alex grabbed on tightly to Crazy Crone’s arm while he tried to snatch his daughter back.
Crazy Crone started going crazy. She neither let go nor pushed Alex away.
Instead, she cried while she started running in a certain direction.
Her speech was unimaginable, and she was significantly faster than Alex.
Alex could cross a mile in a single step at most, but she could cross at least a few hundred miles with a single step. This went on for nearly half an hour. After that, Alex was terrified to discover that Crazy Crone had torn open a void rift before an ancient wasteland.
She dived in headfirst.
