It came as a surprise either since so many precious items were inside. If he were to snatch them away, it would be strange the pig demon was not pissed.
Alex immediately put away the earring and said with a smile, “Old pig, your strength is too low. I’ll take care of the items inside the earring for you. Don’t worry, it’s free of charge.”
“Free my *ss. Think I can’t take care of them by myself? You wretched man, this is robbery.”
“If you insist on saying so, I have nothing else to say then. You must have consumed countless heavenly treasures to make that pig’s body of yours emit a fragrance, right? What a first-class ingredient.”
“D*mn! You… You have snatched my property, and you even want to consume my flesh? Do you still have any conscience? Do you have any humanity?”
“The desire for sustenance and sex is a part of human nature. Food comes first for the people as it’s human nature to eat. You should be beautifully fragrant after being boiled. Add in some salt, and put in some star anise and soy sauce.”
“Big bro! I beg you for mercy! I’m the only treasure-hunting pig in the world! I can find all sorts of immortal herbs for you, but please don’t eat me!”
“It’s a deal.”
Alex agreed so readily that the treasure-hunting pig was stunned for a brief moment
“Then… My earring…”
“I’ll keep it for you! The materials inside are the best home for alchemy. You cast pearls before swine, and it’s useless even if you consume any more of them. Don’t worry. I’ll give half of my concocted pills to you.”
“You’re an alchemist?” The pig demon was shocked.
“A supreme alchemist!”
While talking, the Stardew Tree in the mountainside combusted spontaneously all of a sudden. In the blink of an eye, the fire rushed to the sky, leaving nothing behind.
Alex thought it was a pity. If he could transplant it next to the Chaos Tree, he wondered if it could produce a few Stardew fruits every once in a while.
The pig demon looked at the cave’s entrance and discovered those people. Many of them were kneeling on the ground and prostrated to the far side. “What are they doing?”
Alex replied, “Something abnormal has emerged out there. A sacred golden mountain suddenly popped up, and it possessed a powerful mental bewitchery. While they’re still immersed within it now, hurry up and leave. Otherwise, we won’t be able to leave even if we want to!”
Along the way, he saw throngs rushing in the direction of the sacred golden mountain. However, it felt far off.
Just then, Alex once again received Cheryl’s telepathy. “Alex, can you hear me?”
“Cheryl..?”
Before this, he had not contacted Cheryl for some time. He even thought the mysterious sense was disconnected entirely for some reason.
“Alex, a sacred golden mountain has appeared on our side. They said it’s Mount Olympus in myths and legends!”
“What? This mountain is Mount Olympus? I saw it too.”
