Atlantis was a city of vast proportions, yet the Seventy two Heavenly Immortal-slaying Formation took up a third of the total area. The formation even had a world of its own.
Since Alex had a sword heart now, he was able to manipulate the formation as he pleased.
A small ray of silver light flowed within both his eyes. The superpower was once again used, X-ray vision. Previously, part of the silver rays was left within Alex’s eyes after the woman in a red dress made eye contact with him. It felt mysterious, filled with curious energy particles that had caused that incident.
However, it was different this time. A portion of the sword heart entered his body and merged with him, but the mysterious energy particles were then stored within his eyes. This made him really feel as if he had no limits.
Mystic Maiden immediately hugged her arms over her chest and yelled, “No peeking!”
Alex didn’t look at her and turned towards the depths of the Seventy two Heavenly Immortal-slaying Formation. He was trying to find an Undead beast that he could use.
Upon closer inspection, his eyes lit up as he started murmuring. “Oh, my stars… We hit the jackpot…”
On the other hand, there was a mysterious island with a large, majestic mountain in the Northern Ocean. It was Peacock Mountain. The air surrounding the mountain was filled with spiritual energy, as divine colorful clouds encircled the peak. This place just seemed ancient, along with divine birds flying across the sky, chirping loudly. It was as if the place had come out of a painting.
This was the territory of the ancient divine beasts, the Peacock tribe.
Although they had experienced the harshest conditions during ancient times, their tribe still continued to shine in power and strength. They were much more powerful than most clans, even stronger than the ones on the saintly grounds.
Hence, this was why they always acted very arrogant towards everyone else within the ancient boundary, as if they viewed themselves as the gods of this world.
At the time, there was a large commotion roaring within this very mountain. One of their elders yelled in anguish. “Our sacred nun has fallen! This is a tragedy for our tribe!”
“Ah!”
“What? The sacred nun has fallen? Who was it? Who could possibly kill the scared nun?”
“Contact Braelyn and Ciaran now! Ask them about what happened.”
“And order the four guardians to bring the sacred nun’s body back!”
In mere minutes, they managed to contact Braelyn and Ciaran. The two were currently slaughtering countless humans within the Endless Sea. Many innocent passersby were killed off as well.
However, there were just way too many people who were watching by the shore. No matter how strong or powerful they were, they knew that they couldn’t possibly kill off all the witnesses. Indeed, some would still manage to flee the scene before they got to them. They sighed to themselves.
“The sacred nun’s reputation has been tarnished by that pig, and here we are committing mass murder! If word got out, our tribe’s reputation would surely be damaged. When she comes back, we’d have to face punishment,” Braelyn said.
“Let’s hope that the sacred nun has dealt with that pig and that brat. If she were in a bad mood, she might take it out on us! She won’t kill us, right?” Ciaran asked anxiously.
