Cecilia was embarrassed and felt rather uncomfortable.
‘I’m all bones now, yet this man has his mind on my body? What is he even going to do with me? And how?’
She hesitated for a good while, then pointed towards Luneth. “Why don’t you ask Lunafreya to strip? Her body looks better, she dances sexier, and most importantly, her breasts are bigger than mine…”
Luneth felt like strangling her after hearing this. “Cecilia Peach, are you forgetting your nickname, Peachbuns? Do you remember how you got it? You have such a curvy body. Any man would go crazy at first sight.”
The two best friends suddenly erupted into that sort of fight, which made Alex speechless.
‘Peachbuns? Is this another term I don’t understand?’
“Hey, are you guys misunderstanding something?”
“I’m only interested in your clothes, not your bodies.” Alex decided to act on his own to save time. In a few pulls, he grabbed the clothes from Cecilia. He wanted it because he had seen how her treasure clothes could release a shield of fire and an apparition of a phoenix would appear. It was mighty, acting as both protection and defense against the Novians’ secret weapon.
Then, he noticed the tank top left on Cecilia. It looked like a treasure too. However, the cutting of this top was too provocative, making it seem nearly as sexy as a bikini.
She wrapped her arms around her body and said resentfully, “You… You’re being so mean.”
Meanwhile, Alex was still looking at the remaining treasure on her body, visibly excited. He scanned them with his divine eye and noticed what was special about them. The white armor that he took was a powerful defense treasure. However, the truly impressive one was the tank top still wrapped around her ribcage.
It was a piece of red beast leather. Very ancient, it had a bunch of mystical writings on it. The writings weren’t carved on, but they looked rather natural as if they’d come with the leather.
That would mean the phoenix from before appeared from this piece of beast leather.
Alex looked at the leather attentively, then memorized all of the writings with his strong memory. When he was done, he simply tossed it to Cecelia and said, “Hey, you’re not a pig, so don’t roll around naked on the floor. You can just take this back.”
He heaved Luneth onto his shoulders and beckoned to the Mystic Maiden. “Let’s go!”
***
“Ahhh!”
“Bastard! You scoundrel, I’ll remember you! I, Cecilia, will get my revenge!”
Cecilia could only stand there and watch as the two took Luneth away.
