“Hey. They’re going to piss on our heads! Are you going to endure it?” Alex said to a curled up and constipated looking Ancestor Bodhi beside him.
Ancestor Bodhi replied to him via telepathy, “I don’t mind. I’m a tree, so there must’ve been more than a few demons that had pooped and peed on me? They are all just nutrients… I even have to thank them.”
“F*ck..!”
With his X-ray vision, Alex saw that the two demons had already pulled out their junk and were ready to start peeing.
How could he endure that?
Was he not afraid of horrible luck?
Seeing Alex about to make a move, Ancestor Bodhi immediately stopped him.
“Forget it. It is much easier to resolve conflict with compromise. If you keep acting this way, you’ll easily trigger an unforeseen event.”
Alex glared at Ancestor Bodhi. How could he allow that?
Was he asking him to submit to humiliation?
Absolutely not!
A real man would know that some things must never be done. If the news about someone peeing on his head were to reach the ears of women and children, what dignity would he still have?
If brute force was out of the question, then…
He fished out The Boundless Buddhist Creature, a book he had found at Grand Bodhisattva’s residence. An extraordinary text, it had the ability to capture mythical creatures. Alex believed that the two bear demons before him couldn’t possibly be more powerful than mythical creatures, so capturing them shouldn‘t be too much of a challenge.
The book had recognized Alex as his master when he acquired it, and it started to refine itself.
At this moment, it already had a mental picture of him. Time was of the essence, and Alex did not want to be peed all over his head. He flipped open the book and, with his mental strength, locked onto the two bear demons.
Whoosh! Whoosh!
Alex felt a sinking at breakneck speed in the book. The two bear demons were absorbed into it.
“That fast?!”
Ancestor Bodhi was shocked as well. Looking at the book in Alex’s hand, his eyes widened in surprise. “Isn’t this The Boundless Buddhist Creature, a supreme Buddhist treasure? Why is it in your hands?”
“It can’t be, can it? It even picks targets and can’t devour them if they aren’t mythical creatures?” Alex gasped.
Ancestor Bodhi nodded. “Of course, how could such trash be worthy of The Boundless Buddhist Creature?”
Alex helplessly shrugged.
‘Alright, I underestimated the book, I suppose.’
After that, Ancestor Bodhi traveled underground with Alex again. They saw a towering shrine covered in golden light, the real Dairaionji Temple. The Heart Mountain was behind the shrine.
Ancestor Bodhi pointed at the Heart Mountain and said, “I can’t go over there anymore, so you can only rely on yourself for the rest. I’ll be waiting for you here. When the time comes, I’ll take you out.”
“Alright!”
Alex proceeded cautiously, not daring to get too close to Dairaionji Temple.
According to Ancestor Bodhi, having disguised himself as Lord Buddha, the great demon was now living inside Dairaionji Temple with impunity.
