At the very same time, Andariel was rejected by Alex’s body, and she tumbled to the ground. Her clothes were torn, and she looked absolutely petrified. There was a long and deep wound on her shoulder.
A sword prodded out from Alex’s shirt and floated up mid-air, emitting a deadly aura.
This sword was the Xavion Sword.
The two demons trembled in fear as they saw the emperor’s sword. They couldn’t believe their eyes. Cydaea quickly came out from Jade’s body and knelt down with Andariel.
Andariel and Cydaea were two of the three demons from Xavion Tomb. Although it was supposedly the tomb of Emperor Xavion, the truth was that the emperor hadn’t died. His actual body had evolved into a saint, and the buried one was actually the sword.
The three demons’ relationship with Xavion Sword was closely knitted. No one knew that these demons were the slaves of this very sword.
Huff…
Alex let out a breath as he woke up.
He’d been hypnotized by Andariel and Cydaea’s seductive spell, immersed in a pleasant fantasy. He felt like he had a long, long dream.
There was a large tomb with a sword in it in the dream. Three stunning ladies were accompanying that sword. That was exactly the Xavion Sword’s past.
Just now, the sword had recognized Andariel and Cydaea while defending its owner, which was why such a memory entered Alex’s mind.
“Such an impressive spell!”
Alex stood up and looked at Andariel and Cydaea, who were on their knees. His eyes were so cold and cruel that they looked like they could kill. He couldn’t believe that he had fallen for their tricks. If it weren’t for the Xavion Sword, something bad might’ve happened to him.
Alex awakened his mental world and enveloped Jade in it to wake her from the illusion.
As Jade woke up, she patted her chest. “That was so beautiful! I was completely mesmerized.”
“Swordmaster, we didn’t know it was you. We didn’t mean to hurt you just now. Please forgive us.”
“Yes, master. We hat on purpose. If you’re unhappy, you can order us to do anything you like.”
Looking at the scared and sincere gazes of the two girls, Alex said, “Really? Anything I like? Does that include special services?”
Cydaea nodded. She was about to answer him when Jade pinched Alex’s ears. “You’re still thinking about that kind of service?! You really do know how to have a good time, huh? Why don’t I help you with it?”
“If you’re willing, I’ll definitely raise both my hands up in disagreement! You’re the master and I’m the disciple. I should be the one to serve you!”
Alex and Jade’s interaction lightened up the mood. He then told Jade what Andariel and Cydaea had tried to do just now.
Jade frowned at the both of them. “Since you hadn’t meant it, and you’re an old friend, how about you make it up to us by helping us navigate this place? We’re not familiar with this tower. You both take the lead and help us find a way out.”
