“Huh, this bodice appears to be a magical treasure of a certain great person from the past?”
“Ah, I remember, isn’t this the Seven Feather Flag?” Shelly spoke in Alex’s mind.
Alex froze for a brief moment. “What is a Seven Feather Flag? What exactly is it?”
“It is a magical treasure made from the native feathers of seven divine birds, which means that there are seven divine birds who gave their lives for this. These must’ve been bred in the prehistoric era, including the Phoenix, Golden Crow, Vermilion Bird, Four-Eyed Bird, One-Legged Stork, Red-Tailed Bird, and the Nine-Headed Bird. Think about it. This flag was so powerful,” Shelly said.
“Unfortunately, it was actually on the statue, but given as a bodice. How extravagant this woman must’ve been when she was alive,” Alex explained and looked around.
He took another look at the law collar around his neck. He grabbed it and slid it into his own treasure chest without hesitation. The statue’s body was a little unusual… Its clothes had been removed, revealing its actual body.
Surprisingly, this statue was not the usual type one saw normally. Everything that mortals had, it had too. Moreover, it was also more perfect than a real person. It was more appealing.
‘It couldn‘t have been… Initially a real person, right?’ Alex had an absurd thought, and he forcefully poked at the belly of the statue only to discover that the hardness was incomparable. Even if he were to use fifty percent of his strength, it wouldn’t hurt the slightest.
Alex considered this, and his movements were fast.
The bodice on the statue was awesome, but then there are other things… Like belts, pants, and shoes… Although everything appeared to be incomparably large, the magical treasure could freely change size.
“All that remains is to complete the task because everything has been done in the beginning!”
“Take it away inside out!”
Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!
Alex was like a hamster in motion, stripping the statue of everything he could get his hands on.
***
In some unnoticed space. A woman sat with her legs crossed.
Alex would have screamed in terror if he could see her because this woman looked exactly like the female statue in the Yukon Shrine.
“If I don’t succeed, I’ ll take your surname!”
The woman could no longer contain her rage, and her nature, which had previously been calm, became manic. She had a feeling Alex was up to something.
The chest of the female statue appeared to be encrusted with two massive gems… These gems gave Alex a very special feeling, and they had to be some kind of treasure. It was like what Shelly had reminded him.
“These two gems are very special. The divine energy on them is very powerful, but… I can’t say for now what kind of gem this is, but take it. You can‘t go wrong.”
Alex then puffed and panted, vowing to take those two treasures.
“It’s a shame! You will unquestionably pay the price!”
The woman was trembling in the hidden space, unable to believe she was being treated this way. She fell into a hysteria, nearly losing her mind. Then, she started to function.
Her Chi rioted, and her divine power swayed.
