Alex was genuinely astonished this time.
Since Empress Ghast previously traveled through the Ancient Long River Passage, shouldn’t she be currently siding with the Yowell family?
“How did you manage to show up here, Empress? Did those folks harm you? Also, did my wife and the girls enter with you? Where are they?”
Alex wanted to get up but felt like his hands and feet weren’t his own. Despite this, he didn’t panic because he had the assassin’s mace. As long as he managed to call out the perverted woman who was the dark demonic lotus, everything would be resolved. However, the consequences would be much worse. Perhaps, he would have to kill 800 enemies and suffer 1,000 losses to himself.
Yet there was a way. He also had prior experience. The thirteen stars Hayley had left him were causing him problems. The seal was loosening and would soon be unlocked.
Empress Ghast fell to the ground and nearly knocked out her incisors. She looked at Alex and said angrily, “Why don’t you assist me? What kind of establishment is this? Did you visit Mist Valley? How did this ship get captured as well?”
When she saw Alex, her tense heart relaxed for some reason, enabling her to display a mocking expression.
“I can’t even get up by myself. How can I help you?” Alex cried.
Then, he looked at her clothes, which were still on her body. “It’s a good thing there weren’t any perverts on this boat, or things could be much worse.”
Empress Ghast stated, “Who claimed that no perverts exist? You are one! It’s great that you can still mock me. It shows your mind is still intact.”
Empress Ghast then revealed to Alex that she was the one who had been swept in.
The large army returned to the Yowell family side once Alex had left, but they were all more concerned about those tauren causing trouble, especially the former Bull Demon King, who certainly wouldn’t give up in peace. Indeed, they intended to control the Ancient Path and would undoubtedly return.
So the Yowell family and the group as a whole were prepared to form a large formation. However, some materials were required. Empress Ghast was out looking for formation materials, but she got lost in a void crack and ended up in this sea, where she met Madame Rouge’s boat, which was also directly caught in.
Alex finally laid his guard down when he realized that not everyone had arrived.
“How did you get in?” Empress Ghast inquired of Alex.
“It’s difficult to say,” Alex said, shaking his head.
“You, the number one person in the Diffracted Universe, actually had a time when you were in trouble,” the empress laughed.
“You are actually from the Diffracted Universe?” Bea was surprised once more. “The Diffracted Universe and the Ancient Path have closed their mouths long ago. How did you get in? We wanted to go to the Diffracted Universe, but we couldn’t! I heard that there was a big change and that Chi Universe giants wanted to find something and tried to get in!”
“What is it?” Alex inquired.
Bea wondered, “How would I know? The Universe’s giants are far away from us. Although, inadvertently, I heard my father mention it. A wave of tauren did indeed come some time ago, but I’m not sure whose men they were.”
