Freya was taken aback when she received a message from Sawyer at this hour. The thunderous: of a motorcycle outside her house felt like a demonic symphony from the underworld.

Freya suppressed her racing heartbeat, meeting Nathaniel’s gaze, “Just a word game that records things. I play it casually.” 

Nathaniel fell silent. He knew this woman well. Despite her youth and vitality, she was unlike other girls. 

She had no interest in shopping, trendy games, or even watching dramas. 

Her greatest passion was to wander with her camera, capturing landscapes, and visiting libraries, art galleries, and various museums. 

Nathaniel had always considered himself a dull person, but this woman was even more so. Yet, she possessed a rare aura of knowledge. 

Now, Freya hastily claimed she was playing a game. He suspected she was playing word games with 

him. 

Intrigued, he ran his fingers over the phone screen, chuckling, “I recall you never played games before. When did your interests shift? Can you teach me? I’d like to play too!” 

Caught off guard, Freya watched as Nathaniel extended the phone towards her, his gaze inscrutable. 

“Mr. Morgan might not enjoy it. Besides, people change, don’t they?” Freya attempted to snatch the

Nathaniel spotted a tall figure disappearing from his villa, and his heart sank.
