Peyton wanted to say more, but Nathaniel pushed her aside roughly and bent down to pick up Frey, who was weak and vomiting.

Frey had been in terrible pain these past few days. She had no strength left in her body and couldn't resist as Nathaniel lifted her.

Peyton tried to stop him again, but Koen blocked her.
