Luna took the young man into the car and drove straight out of the Pontenero suburbs, arriving at an abandoned warehouse.

The location was once a chemical factory, shut down years ago due to environmental protection regulations, leaving behind derelict equipment and empty buildings.

As they arrived, several people were already waiting. Luna got out of the car and saw Michael in the middle, sitting in a wheelchair.

Despite undergoing surgery for his cancer, his condition appeared poor; his cheeks were sunken from weight loss.

Several strong men stood by him, exuding an air of power.

Michael only raised his head when Luna approached, a disconcerting smile flickering in his cloudy eyes.

"Hello, Ms. Luna," Michael greeted her, extending his hand.

Luna, her expression indifferent, ignored his gesture and dragged the young man out, pushing him in front of Michael. "I don't have time for pleasantries. The Hill family and Mr. Nathaniel are at odds, and it's not wise for us to be seen interacting too much."

Luna was wary of getting too involved with Michael, not wanting Nathaniel’s associates to discover her secret dealings with him.

Their cooperation was solely to ensure Frey's death.

Michael smiled with a patronizing air and glanced at the terrified young man standing beside him, trembling. "Ms. Luna, what do you mean?" he asked, confused by the urgency of their meeting.

"Mr. Michael, why are you so shaken by a child?" she sneered.

Realizing he had given too much away, Michael hurriedly signaled for the boy to be taken away.

Luna, however, grabbed the boy’s arm, intensifying his fear of being torn apart by the two adversaries.

"It would be all in vain if you didn't explain it clearly!" Luna demanded.

Michael's face twisted with a cunning look, but Luna remained undeterred.
