Lily showed Evelyn her phone and said, "Ms. Moore posted on Instagram this morning that it's her mother's birthday today. Mr. Grant even booked out the entire resort to hold a party for her. How could he even remember your mother's death anniversary?"

Evelyn felt extremely disappointed.

She looked at the photos Tiffany posted. One was the view of the resort where the party had set up. The other photo was of a set of emerald jewelry.

Evelyn recognized the jewelry right away. It was what Lucas bought with seven million dollars the last time Justine bumped into him and Tiffany at the jewelry store.

It was alright if he did not show up. Evelyn had expected that, so she did not care anymore. However, Millie had pulled such a trick because she was deliberately trying to make Evelyn and her family sad.

Millie deliberately prepared a fireworks show and a grand celebration on Noami's death anniversary, creating a joyous mood.

She was definitely targeting Naomi's death anniversary and celebrating how miserable the Reed family was. It was truly horrible of her—unthinkable, even.
