Felix had not expected Ted and Perry to be meeting with Yvonne, but that was no longer important now. 

Ted’s face darkened at Felix’s sudden appearance. 

Cooperation with Stellar Group was a big deal. While their connections ensured it would not fall through, upsetting the president would certainly be bad. Besides, Ted had plans to pursue Yvonne, so Felix’s intrusion would be humiliating. 

“Felix! Don’t you dare play the victim! Come outside with me.” Ted walked over hastily. 

Perry put on a smile and said, “Ms. Cooper, please pay this no mind. It’s just a minor conflict between young people.” 

Yvonne nodded, curious about how Felix kept antagonizing these important figures. Did he really have such capability? She had intervened with Joshua, but what about the Glover family? Anyone who could contact their chairman was certainly of no simple character. 

Ted was relieved when Felix followed him out. Arguing in the private room would have damaged his image and embarrassed Perry. 

“Are you fucking insane by coming to find me here?” Knowing Felix’s connection to Kane, Ted did not consider his whereabouts a secret. He would have already attacked Felix if he could actually beat Felix in fighting. 

“Taking just one of your arms clearly wasn’t enough for you to reflect on your actions.” 

Ted snickered. Now that they were outside, he had nothing to hold back. “Just one arm?” He angrily patted his limp shoulder. “Goddamnit! I’m disabled for life, and you speak of it like it’s nothing!” 

Felix shook his head and reached out. He patted Ted’s shoulder before the latter could dodge. “I know about Dora’s situation now. You’re the mastermind behind it. So, cherish your remaining time.” 

With that, Felix left, leaving Ted bewildered. “This bastard must be truly insane! He came just to throw a couple of threats at me?” 

Clearly, something had gone wrong with Dora’s plan, but it did not matter now. Once this cooperation with Stellar Group was secured, Ted could take revenge with full force. 

Half an hour later, Yvonne left. After seeing her off outside the restaurant, Perry frowned and asked, “What did Felix want with you?” 

Ted scoffed. “What else? He’s Lord Kane’s relative, so he must know about our backing. He just came to make some threats. But Dad, I suspect something’s wrong with Felix’s head. When he left, he patted my shoulder as if we were friends.”
