Rosalie was unbothered. “Relax. Someone’s taking care of the surveillance cameras. Unless we bump into her, she won’t find us.” 

After she had six pots of fondue, the owner’s face twitched in shock. This gorgeous and fit young woman could eat more than a burly man. It was terrifying. 

Finally, Rosalie wiped her mouth and forcefully placed Felix’s hand on her stomach. 

“I haven’t gotten fat, have I? Still feel good, right?” Embarrassed, Felix quickly pulled Rosalie outside. “Are you leaving, or…?” 

Rosalie lightly tapped Felix’s head. “You little rascal. Are you trying to shoo me away after just having a meal together? Come to the hotel with me. I’ve got a secret to tell you.” 

Secret? Felix rolled his eyes. “No way. If I go, you’ll definitely try to take advantage of me.” 

Leaning in close, Rosalie whispered, “You sure? Then I guess you don’t want to know about your other fiancée’s identity.”

After they arrived at the hotel room, Felix asked again, “Rosalie, can you tell me now?” 

No matter how playful his seniors were, they never lied. So he definitely had another fiancée, but he could not remember a thing about her. 

“What’s the rush? I’m tired from traveling. I need a shower. Wait here!” Rosalie said. 

Felix sighed. Now that he was here, he knew he was at her mercy. 

Around 15 minutes later, a voice came from the bathroom. “Felix, come in and help me with my back.” 

Felix hesitated. For the sake of learning about this mysterious fiancée, he went in. 

Damn. He almost turned right back around. Rosalie was lounging in the bathtub with her smooth shoulders on full display. 

“What are you standing there for? Come here.” She turned, presenting her back to Felix. 

“Rosalie, do we have to do this? I’m a guy too, you know.” 

Rosalie smirked. “I know that. I’m not asking you to do anything weird. Just hold it together, okay? Remember, you’ve got a fiancée. If you get any funny ideas about me, that’s harassment.” 

Felix reluctantly approached. Squeezing some body wash onto his hands, he started rubbing her back. As his hands touched her silky skin, his mind began to wander. 

“Rosalie, do I really have another fiancée?” He had to change the subject somehow. 

“Mhmm.” Thankfully, Rosalie decided she had teased him enough. “She’s in Yartford, and her family’s considered top–tier in Dragonia. I only found out recently. To be blunt, she’s even more impressive than Xena.” 

What? So it was true? “Mr. Hoffman couldn’t have arranged this too, right? How could I not know about it?” 

Rosalie stretched her neck before continuing. “It’s not Mr. Hoffman’s doing. Your grandfather arranged it when you were babies. 

His grandfather? As Felix was puzzling over this, Rosalie dropped another bombshell. ” Your other grandfather! That’s right, Felix. Your deceased parents were your adoptive parents. You have birth parents, but that family’s given up looking for you. So don’t worry about getting tangled up with them.” 

Felix’s expression barely changed. There was just a flicker of surprise on his face when he first heard what Rosalie said. “That’s good.”
