Hearing Vivian say the same thing, Felix thought he must have misheard. After all, Vivian was the deputy chief of the Earthern Hall in Dragon Alliance. How could she not get a ticket to this so–called Golden Prime Auction? 

“Felix, Golden Prime Auction tickets are never sold. They’re distributed based on qualifications, and it’s only held once a year. No one who gets a ticket ever resells it. Even among our Dragon Alliance chiefs, only a select few qualify as far as I know.” 

Felix understood now. Though Vivian did not say it outright, it was clear that Kane, who had just become chief of Oasis Clinic, would not make the cut. “I see.” 

On the other end, Vivian felt bad. Felix had only asked for one thing, yet she was powerless to help. The key was that Yale had taken the Dragon Ring now. If not, getting a ticket would have been a breeze. 

Without the Dragon Ring, only she and Kane would recognize Felix as the Dragon Lord. Others would not see him that way anymore. 

The Dragon Alliance’s rule was clear: the members would only recognize the ring and not the person. In other words, if one could not even protect the ring, he was not fit to be the Dragon Lord. 

Felix understood this, too. Without the Dragon Ring, he could not count on Dragon Alliance. “Felix, I’ll think of some other ways. 

Sensing something was off, Wendy silently vowed to help Felix get a ticket. 

“Don’t bother. It’s just a ticket. This matter won’t stump me. 

Despite his words, Felix was truly at a loss. He could not exactly summon another fellow apprentice the same way, could he? Gerald would probably blow a fuse. 

After seeing Wendy off, Felix spotted Yvonne in the yard and suddenly had an idea. He hurried over. “Yvonne, I need a favor.” 

Yvonne was surprised Felix would ask her for a favor. “Alright. Come in.” 

In the living room, Felix got straight to the point. “Yvonne, do you know about the Golden Prime Auction in Yartford?” 

Yvonne nodded, “Yes. What about it?” 

After all, Yvonne was the president of Stellar Group. She might just have the right 

connections. 

“I want to attend this auction. Can you try to get me a ticket? I’ll owe you one.” 

The safest bet would be asking Ernest, for whom this would be trivial. But Felix did not 

want to involve him in such minor matters unless absolutely necessary.
