That prompted Felix to ask curiously, “What do you mean?”

Felix just smiled, leaving without a word. 

In a room at the Traditional Medicine Association headquarters, Timothy, William, and the young man claiming to be Gerald’s disciple were gathered. 

“Mr. Ziegler, do you see now? I told you this approach would work. No need for a Plan B. The effort, time, and cost we invested to find out who Gerald treated in Guneria turned out to be very useful.” 

The note contained information known only to Gerald, and since he wasn’t one to boast, finding out through other means had proven incredibly difficult. 

William smiled ruefully. “I understand, but as healers, shouldn’t we let our skills speak for themselves? That would’ve been the best way to defeat them.” 

Timothy sipped his tea, a faint look of disdain crossing his face. 

“They can treat early–stage cancer in ten minutes. Do you think Felix could’ve done the same? It’s clear he couldn’t. Otherwise, you wouldn’t have put Plan B into action.” 

At that moment, the door swung open, and Felix entered, ignoring the two guards who had. tried to stop him. William gestured for them to step back.
