Chapter 412
“Excellent! You didn’t disappoint me. Rest assured, I’ll give it my all,” Solomon declared.
Seeing this, Ryan frantically backed away. Though he had decent martial arts talent and had reached the Martial King level, he knew how terrifying Solomon was and did not want to get caught in the crossfire between these two,
Felix nodded and slowly raised his right hand. “After one strike, we’ll see if you’re worthy of making me show my true abilities.”
Solomon did not feel insulted; instead, he excitedly drew his sword. If anyone else had spoken like that, he would have struck them down immediately, but Felix was Gerald’s apprentice–he had earned that confidence.
The next moment, Felix launched a blow toward Solomon, sending a gust of wind surging across the mountaintop. The wind was so intense that an ordinary person would struggle to stand, let alone keep their eyes open.
Ryan was unaffected and strained to watch, not wanting to miss a single detail. Suddenly, a blade’s light flashed, seeming to make the air itself explode.
“Frenzied Triple Slash? How is this possible!” Ryan felt his scalp tingle–Felix had only released one strike, yet Solomon had already resorted to his ultimate sword technique.
When everything calmed down, Felix’s smile remained unchanged. “At your age, your strength truly ranks among the elite.”
Across from him, Solomon stood holding his sword, appearing composed on the surface. But seconds later, his arm wavered, the sword suddenly weighing him down. With a heavy thud, he slammed into the ground, coughing up a mouthful of blood.
“I–I never imagined the gap between us would be so vast,” Solomon admitted.
Ryan was stunned. Solomon was severely injured with just one palm strike–Felix’s strength seemed almost unbelievable.
Thinking back to how he had once insulted Felix, who was not only this powerful but also Gerald’s apprentice, Ryan felt it was a miracle he was still alive. He was even grateful for the incident at the orphanage; otherwise, he might have kept heading down a darker path.
Solomon sheathed his sword, wiped the blood from his mouth, and spread his arms. “Kill me then.”
However, Felix shook his head. “We don’t have any real grudge, and I didn’t plan to kill you. Go back and tell the Elders‘ Council to leave me alone.”
In truth, Felix secretly cursed at the situation. He would have killed Solomon if he could. Yet, he had not regained his full strength, and he would not want to be playing these games.

Chapter 412
After all, the Elders‘ Council would send someone even stronger if he killed Solomon, and Felix did not want to always have Averill around with him. Hence, there was no way that would work.
Solomon frowned. “If you don’t kill me, I’ll come after you again when I’m stronger.”
