George’s expression turned odd. He wondered how Dylan ended up going against Feliz Was he so bored with life that he was seeking death? 

“Dylan, you’re way too full of yourself. Shut your mouth and don’t ruin someone’s engagement party. Seriously, you have no manners!” George said. 

Huh? Dylan hadn’t expected George to stand up for Felix. His face darkened as he struggled to come up with a response. 

Felix didn’t escalate the situation further. What was most important now was Madeline’s engagement. Any incident would spoil the event, and this wasn’t just some casual gathering. 

Sitting at the same table, Sean was full of disdain for Dylan. He talked big, but the moment George spoke up, he became quiet like a child. 

After a moment of silence, Dylan opened his mouth again. “I’ll say this one last time! Felix, if you apologize to me now, for George’s sake, I’ll let this go. Otherwise…” 

Felix shot a sharp glance and cut him off, “No otherwise. I won’t apologize, especially since I did nothing wrong.” 

Damn it! Did Felix really think he was a nobody? 

Having reached his breaking point, Dylan could no longer hold back, especially with so many people watching. Since he was the one who had started it, backing down now was not an option. He couldn’t care about the consequences anymore and decided to go head–on 

with Felix. 

He slammed the table and shouted at Felix, “Bastard! You really don’t know when to quit. Say another word and see what happens!” 

This outburst instantly got everyone’s attention. The banquet hall fell into silence. No one could have imagined someone making trouble on such an important occasion. 

Felix’s expression turned dark. After all, he had already troubled Madeline. 

“Dylan? What’s gotten into you? Why are you so angry? Come with me, and I’ll take care of everything for you,” Terrance Sanders, Luke’s father, said as he approached. His previously furious expression softened upon seeing Dylan. 

“Mr. Sanders, it’s not that I don’t respect you, but this guy has gone too far! Either he apologizes, or this isn’t over!” 

Dylan felt confident, as Fabian was also present and would undoubtedly support him. There was no way George would dare challenge Fabian over Felix.
