Michael raised his glass and said, “George is right. Here’s to you both. I hope you enjoy your time in Aleshire, and don’t hesitate to ask if you need anything.” 

He knew exactly why these two were here–they were attending his wedding tomorrow. However, given they were at The Nightowl, an upscale nightclub, he figured it was best not to bring it up. 

Ryan and George raised their glasses in response, but Felix remained motionless. His indifference seriously irritated Michael. 

“I don’t believe we’ve met. Who might you be?” Michael’s youthful pride got the better of 

him. 

He could have just finished his drink and left, but he felt the need to assert himself. He could not let this slide, and he wondered who Felix thought he was to disrespect him like 

this. 

“I’m Felix Zeller. I’m no one important, but here’s a word of advice–if you’re planning to get married, show some respect for each other, alright?” 

Michael could not believe Felix was actually lecturing him. His irritation grew, especially since he had never heard of Felix before.

Before Michael could respond, Ryan set down his glass. “You’ve finished your drink. Shouldn’t you be leaving?” 

Michael threw one last glance at Felix before leaving with a forced smile. 

“Interesting. I underestimated Michael. He’s got some self–control,” George remarked. 

Ryan chuckled. “Well, he’s from the Walsh family. With both of us sitting here, he’d have to be an absolute fool to cause trouble.” 

Around 11:00 pm, Felix’s phone buzzed. Even though he was blocked, he had sent Yvonne a text when his plane landed, and she finally responded. 

“Enjoy yourself. I’ve got to go,” Felix said, standing up. 

Ryan and George exchanged a knowing glance, sensing what was happening. However, the real drama would come tomorrow–and Felix’s sudden departure was just the prelude. 

Later, Felix arrived at an exclusive villa complex in Aleshire. Inside, he found Yvonne sitting on a couch in the living room. She was in her pajamas, her expression blank, making it impossible to tell what she was thinking. 

“Now that you’ve seen me, will you stop bothering me? Leave for Canraville first thing tomorrow morning. I don’t want you at my wedding,” Yvonne stated coldly.
