As Xena listened to Alistair while reviewing the documents, she understood that headquarters wanted them to strengthen their defenses in case this dangerous individual targeted them next. However, Martial Alliance would handle the main investigation. 

“Process this according to standard procedures” Xena ordered. After Alistair left and as she reached for her mouse, Xena suddenly froze.
